  Our Most Recent Remodel

This is the latest project NEDC recently completed. Prior to construction the family had an outdated 1920’s style kitchen with approximately about 13 x 10 sq ft of space. Adjacent to the kitchen was a large family room — some square footage was taken from the family room and used to enlarge the space.

The client was looking to create a bright, welcoming, functional, updated area with sufficient room for everyone to move around in. Since the kitchen is used by the family very often; they also needed an island as well as easy access to appliances such as toaster, electric kettle, etc.

NEDC completely transformed the kitchen into a modern, comfortable, and family oriented space with high end appliances. This project is unique because the design allows the kitchen to be accessible from the family room, dining room, hallway, and stairs that lead to the bedrooms. The family can now enjoy the environment we created for them; the one they always envisioned.
