2014 is starting out to be one of our strongest years yet! There are many remodeling awards left to apply to, but we have already been recognized by Houzz.com for superior Customer Satisfaction, and won the Guildmaster of Distinction award through GuildQuality for “service excellence”. The Guildmaster award references the dozens of surveys that we have sent out to our clients through their service who have rated and reviewed our work and processes. In order to qualify for the award, you have to have a recommendation rate of 90% or better among all of your clients. Traditionally, the recommendation rate in our industry is only around 70%. Most recently our CEO, David Supple, has been honored by being recognized as one of Professional Remodeler’s 40 Under 40 class of 2014! Seen as one of the industry’s rising stars, this is a great accomplishment for Dave. See more about this award here!
Our Lead Designer Brad Cashin also recently underwent rigorous testing to become a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. Preparation for this test involved weeks of classes and studying.
