Come join us as we celebrate this two decade milestone at NEDC’s brand new home in Lexington!
At NEDC we do full service Architectural Design Build from initial client concept through architectural planning and full artisan build followed by a five-year warranty on our work. A creative team of 25 Architects, Designers, Project Managers and Artisan Builders, we honor the legacy of the Architect as a Master Builder.
As such we collaborate closely with a range of leaders and creatives across the industry–from luxury real estate agents to interior designers and artisan craftsman. Inclusion and collaboration are a foundational part of our ethos at NEDC.
We go the extra mile for our community–simply because we can. We’ve worked with the Room to Dream Foundation for a decade now and are embarking on a beautiful project to help an educational non-profit.
We love people. And we strive to elevate quality of life through an entirely different process and experience for our clients.
Since opening our doors in 2005, we have helped countless individuals and families by designing and crafting spaces tailored to each of their individual lifestyles. Lifting their spirits with the space they call home by making meaningful changes–increased aesthetics, functionality improvements, home additons, layout changes and additional features for each. From home additions to whole-home gut remodels, each project is unique. The palpable difference in a home from something as thoughtful as a built-in dog bowl, to larger improvements, such as accessible showers and indoor swimming pools and custom health facilities, have been our driving force for all those years.
We are Architects who Build. It has been our passion and our honor to do so for the past 20 years and we look forward to the many more years of doing just that!
