Project Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing 3-4 high-end residential remodeling projects, managing subcontractors, and executing high-quality construction projects on time and on budget while ensuring delighted customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance, schedule, and manage the subcontractors, to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Utilize construction and carpentry experience to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks, challenges, and conflicts, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually

Experience

• +5 years of residential construction with demonstrated competence in carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with materials, methods, and building codes utilized in residential construction.
• Ability to take accountability for project outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients' expectations. 
• Proven/excellent leadership, organization, and team management abilities
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to manage budget and time schedule commitments.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Good command of the English language (speak, read, and write), and excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and conflicts
• Must be self-motivated and willing to follow a successful system.
• Professional attitude with a desire to deliver a high-quality result.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management applications
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to optimize processes and workflows
• Strong references are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Videographer / Editor & Social Media Content Creator

This position is responsible for filming, edit, and publish short form video that shows how our process, people, and projects raise the bar for the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short form vertical video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that clearly communicates our approach and values.
• Capture on location b roll, interviews, behind the scenes, project progress, and finished spaces that highlight craftsmanship and process.
• Edit in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar; add music, captions, transitions, and graphics to produce polished, on brand reels.
• Shoot photo stills of in progress and completed projects for web, social, and marketing use.
• Design supporting graphics for digital and print: social posts, marketing pieces, and award submissions.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to turn our core message - “there is a better way to do residential design build” - into consistent, high impact content.
• Other misc. tasks as required.

Experience

• Proven experience shooting and editing short form social video (include a reel and links to content you’ve produced).
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling in real environments.
• Ability to work independently in the field and plug into a team for strategy and feedback.
• Bonus: experience—and genuine interest or passion—in architecture, construction, interior design, or real estate, and in showing materials, craftsmanship, and jobsite progress in a compelling way.

A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for this position.
