Construction Production Coordinator
Role Overview
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Production Director and ensuring our luxury projects transition seamlessly from design to completion. This position handles project setup, documentation, preliminary estimating, and critical logistical coordination to keep our fast-paced job sites running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Setup & Logistics: Coordinate site logistics, material orders, and lead-time tracking to ensure zero downtime on site.
• Documentation & Permitting: Prepare, submit, and track local building permits and necessary project documentation.
• Estimating Support: Assist with project estimating, subcontractor outreach, and material takeoffs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Director, Project Managers, and design teams to keep schedules accurate and stakeholders aligned.

$55,000 - 70,000 / annually

Experience
• Must have a field experience as a carpenter.
• Ability to interpret architectural and construction documents.
• Familiarity with project estimating and residential construction materials.
• Understanding local Boston area permitting processes.
• Experience with construction-specific software, such as Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (Gantt charts).
Requisite Skills & Qualifications
• Organization & Drive: Exceptional organizational skills, strong self-motivation, and strict attention to detail.
• Communication: Highly professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• References: Strong professional references are required.
Education
• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent field is preferred.
Project Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing 3-4 high-end residential remodeling projects, managing subcontractors, and executing high-quality construction projects on time and on budget while ensuring delighted customers.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance, schedule, and manage the subcontractors, to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Utilize construction and carpentry experience to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks, challenges, and conflicts, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Experience
• +5 years of residential construction with demonstrated competence in carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with materials, methods, and building codes utilized in residential construction.
• Ability to take accountability for project outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients' expectations.
• Proven/excellent leadership, organization, and team management abilities
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to manage budget and time schedule commitments.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Good command of the English language (speak, read, and write), and excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and conflicts
• Must be self-motivated and willing to follow a successful system.
