With a strong background in architecture and design, Hill CraftsMen LLC is a design-build company in order to ensure complete planning is done prior to construction.  Planning is a vital function, as not only does it ensure a functional and aesthetic space, it helps minimize changes – keeping construction costs down and providing for a smoother construction process.

It is also a good time to ensure any investment one makes is a wise one.  Hill CraftsMen always plans to a budget and provides a detailed breakdown of all costs so this data can be used to help make decisions.

In the REMODELING magazine’s COST vs. VALUE REPORT 2008-09 they give hard figures about the success of increasing property value and the importance of planning:

Hill CraftsMen provides an extremely comprehensive design process.  Clients are taken through phases to come up with the best plan according to their needs and wants.

All aspects of the project are considered, including schedule, local zoning ordinances, and most importantly – the client(s) vision for the space. Our hope is that we may service our clients to the best of our ability, so that they may embark on their project, confidently and with certainty.

Staff Spotlight : Cory Desjardin

Cory has just eclipsed his first full year with Hill CraftsMen LLC and has shown incredible stability and development in his short tenure with the company.  Cory’s craftsmanship has increased the value of many homes during that time period; but many would argue his positive attitude has done even more to increase people’s spirits.  We look forward to the New Year and the fortune to have Cory with us.
