I think that if you can reuse any materials that you will be safe rersouces and money for your new home. While it might take some creative energy to think of a solution, saving money in a remodel is really important (because everything always ends up more expensive than originally thought).However, if you cannot find a way, try talking to a custom home builder who might have good ideas on how to reuse the windows and make them functional in the new house.
