New England Home Luxury Design Summit 2026: Chatham Barns Inn, Cape Cod
We attended the New England Home Luxury Design Summit 2026 in Chatham last week in Cape Cod at the Chatham Bars Inn.
This was our first year attending and it was lovely to see an incredible collection of industry standouts across architecture, design and building in one venue at the same time. Structured with an equal balance of networking and informative industry seminars, the three-day event was valuable on many fronts.
Kathy Bush-Dutton, Jenna Talbott and their team did a stellar job producing the event–it was a joy to spend time with them. We met many new professionals doing incredible work across New England as well as on the national front.
Chatham is a very special part of Massachusetts and the Chatham Bars Inn exceeds expectations with its location, warm professionalism and service.
NEDC projects have been published twice by New England Home Magazine this year, including a feature in the beautiful Spring Edition of New England Home made available to all Summit attendees. This featured project was beautiful collaboration with Sarah Cole Interiors in Somerville, MA on a lovely Victorian home–we are extremely grateful!

Established in 2005 by David Muniz Supple following his graduation from Tufts Architectural, NEDC is formed in the time-honored vision of the Architect as a Master Builder. We moved to new headquarters in Lexington last year and are lovingly restoring a four-acre property that was once home to one of the original Lexington Minute Men.
