We could not have asked for more. NEDC has a very friendly staff; they were patient and courteous. We have worked with other contractors which were nightmare experiences. NEDC guys were like clockwork. They were very considerate about the home and made it as painless an experience as possible. We have a dog which they even took care of when we left for a two-day vacation.
